Donna GerberGym Manager, Cheer Team Director and Recreational Instructor Donna brings over twenty-five years in cheerleading and tumbling experience to GymKids. Donna moved to San Antonio from New York in 2008 with her husband who currently serves at Ft. Sam Houston. In New York, Donna started Watertown NY First All Star Cheerleading Team in 2004 and coached varsity cheerleading at Watertown High School for eight years, which included all girl and coed teams. Donna is a certified USA Gymnastics Professional Member and credentialed USASF Member. Cheerleading and Gymnastics are Donna’s passions and she feels by coaching the next generation that she is truly fulfilling her passion. |

MindaAaleize TovarOffice Manager MindaAaleize has a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and brings years of experience to the position of Office Manager at GymKids. She has an extensive professional background in customer service, graphic art, web design, photography, marketing, advertising, media production and publications. MindaAaleize has always been involved with athletics and is an avid runner who trains year round for marathon and half marathon events throughout the country. She enjoys working with the families who visit GymKids and is excited to be part of the GymKids by Aerial Athletics staff. |

Elaine WelchRecreational CoachElaine’s love of gymnastics began at an early age and she has been in the sport in different capacities since that time. She taught gymnastics at a college level, began a club gymnastics program, was a successful team coach and became a gym owner coaching both recreational and team gymnastics. Since moving to Texas, she has held positions of Preschool Director, Recreation Director and Assistant Gym Manager. She has a great love for teaching and gives God the glory for that gift. |

Bianca RamirezRecreational CoachBianca has been a coach of several sports for three years and has been with gymnastics for the past year and half. She is a Safety-Certified coach and a Professional member of USA Gymnastics. Bianca works well with children and she will bring her technical strength to your child. Bianca is currently attending school to become a nurse. |

Cayla SanchezRecreational CoachCayla has been involved in dance for most of life, about eighteen years. She was Captain of the Clark High School Dance Team. She became involved with the sport of gymnastics about six years ago and has been coaching since that time. She is currently attending classes at Alamo Community College for education. |

Carol Robuck-WilliamsTeam CoachCarol brings over forty years gymnastics experience to the Aerial Athletics staff. She has been an athlete, coach, judge and gym owner. She was an All American High School bars champion. She has coached athletes from preschool through college. She has served as Secretary and President of the Gymnastics Association of Texas, on the State Gymnastics Board for many years as the District 4 Representative and is a National Rated Judge. She is currently the State Judging Director of Texas. Carol strongly feels: “Gymnastics has something for everyone. It helps to develop us physically, mentally, and spiritually into the best person we can be. I hope to give this gift to all my students.” |
